Minimum Rental age is 21 years old in Indio for the person reserving the space as per city ordinance.
Terra Lago includes a gorgeous lake, mini parks which is wonderful for walks and biking. For those loving outdoors and wanting to play some outdoor games, there is a large green space that is all natural grass located by the club house, it is also where kids playground is located, which is only a few mins walk or a min drive from this house as it is located quiet close to it by faces the back side, so there is no noise coming from that area. It is gated access, 24 hour security and is 5 mins away from supermarkets (Winco is the closest) and Fantasy Springs Casino (1 min drive), which has 5 restaurants, weekly shows of various kinds from standup to free band performances to many others, there is also bowling at the back of the casino and on certain days they do dj and glow in the dark bowling. Starbucks, small liquor store and gas station are conveniently located one light from the community gate. Sprestigious and highly rated Terra Lago Golf Course is located next door to the community.
The house has 10ft ceilings, new fireplace, outdoor BBQ, new saltwater system and LED lights inside the pool and backyard and much more for your complete satisfaction.

Guest access: After existing the I-10 there is a 24 hour security gate on Ave 44. Provide your name and drivers license for the guest pass to freely enter and exit the community. The house has a garage with 2 parking spaces inside and 2 parking spaces on the driveway.
Guests can self check-in. The hosts will provide door keypad code before check-in.
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING VIOLATION. Overnight parking citation will be $250 per vehicle after 2 am. The property has a garage with 2 parking spaces inside and 2 parking spaces on the driveway for a total of FOUR parking spots. Additional parking is available outside the community gates.
NO COMMERCIAL CARS ARE ALLOWED( VAN, TRUCK WITHOUT SIDE WINDOWS OR ANY COMPANY NAME WRITING ON THE CARS NO LAKE ACTIVITIES: FISHING, BOATING, SWIMMING, PADDLE BOARD ARE PROHIBITED
POOL: All pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance. There will be a charge of $100 per day for pool heating. If you have made these arrangements in advance, the pool temperature will be set at 84 degree. The pool has a spa mode that can be initiated by a remote near the pool equipment or requested.
PETS: We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

If able, the following checkout duties help everyone from future guests to our sweet and hard working staff: Dishes and cookware should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Please ensure that the sliders, doors, and windows are shut and locked upon check-out. Please take out trash and place them in the appropriate bins located near the side of the house.

I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users’ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys’ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users’ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
