IndyOasis is newly renovated. The pool & spa are approximately 1-year old with PebbleTech lining. Bathrooms are also freshly remodeled w/ walk in showers. Everything is high design, cute, & fun!
As you open the front door using the keyless entry keypad, you will be greeted by a grand common area with tall vaulted ceilings: living room, workstation, & dining room. Around the corner is the bright kitchen. Enjoy your cozy mornings by starting the day at the gourmet coffee bar station. You will be sure to impress your guests with your cooking in the fully stocked kitchen.
Just off the light & bright living room / dining room area is the sliding door leading to the backyard patio with heated pool & spa.
An entertainer's dream space! One night you may choose to enjoy dinner from the comfort of your air conditioned dining area. Or perhaps, you might decide to lounge on the back patio furniture while enjoying your private gas BBQ grill while the sun sets over the palm trees.
Enjoy your lazy days floating in the pool followed by relaxation in the spa. You might choose to enjoy some light yoga stretching while surrounded by bright hues of yellow and orange in the garage. While hanging in the garage, why not end the evening with a game of shuffleboard or ping pong?
During those hot summer nights, you might prefer to move indoors and enjoy some board games over a glass of wine. Remember, good vibes only!
When its time to retire to bed, you'll have 4 high design rooms from which to choose for a good night's sleep on memory foam mattresses:
The tastefully designed master bedroom is equipped with standing desk, a king size bed, & private bathroom w/ dual vanities & walk-in shower.
Or, you might fancy the design of the orange room with matching rug & plush queen bed.
If you prefer to be closer to the front of the house, then maybe the grey circle room is your jam with comfy queen bed.
Or, if traveling as a group you might opt for the bubble gum room with two single-beds & close bathroom access.
POOL+SPA HEATING DAILY RATE: $100 / day. SPA HEATING DAILY RATE: $50 / day. Pool heating is recommended during the months of October - March/Apr. At least 24-hours before check-in, please let your host know the specific days you would like the pool heated to arrange pre-payment. Spa heating is $50 / day and takes approximately 25-minutes to heat up. These heating fees cover the hefty gas costs in Southern California to heat the water. (There is no up-charge.)
The home is available for your use and enjoyment.
The locations & items that are not available for guest use will be clearly marked as unavailable and/ or locked. For example, there is a housekeeping supply closet in the master bathroom that will remain locked and unavailable for use at all times.
There is also a shelving unit full of housekeeping and maintenance storage bins that are clearly marked as unavailable for guest use in the garage located behind the curtains. Please be respectful of our privacy.
The clear storage bins that contain games & pool toys are available for guests' use and enjoyment. Those available bins are clearly marked accordingly. Please help us by returning each item back to its respective storage bin prior to your departure, so that the next guest may also enjoy the games & pool items.
The City of Indio, Municipal Code Chapter 37, requires every host (1) obtain a photo copy of the booking guest's government issued ID verifying your age of 21+ years or older; and (2) collect 2 documents from the booking guest prior to your check-in. The host must retain those documents for 3-years per City of Indio. When you confirm your reservation, please message your host with your email address. Your host will email you the 2 required forms (they are fillable). Please fill them out, sign, and submit them promptly along with a photo copy of your gov't issued ID. Thank you for your patience and understanding. These steps are required by the city.
CONCIERGE SERVICES may be pre-arranged with sufficient advance notice and are available for an additional fee through Executive Errands®. Did you forget something? Need groceries or food delivery? Something else? This home comes with Concierge service for a separate fee. Downtown La Quinta is a 9-minute drive (4.5 miles) w/ shops & restaurants.
Citrus Plaza is the neighborhood shopping plaza: CVS, Ralphs, Cleaners, US Bank, Postal Connection, Coffee House, Wine Bar, Heirloom Cafe (1.9 miles)

Please note that IndyOasis does not come with bikes. If you will be bringing your own bikes, please ensure that they are properly secured and locked at all times. IndyOasis is not responsible for any theft or damages.

The house is serviced by our wonderful vendors on a set schedule. Please let us know in advance if our vendors' schedule presents any issues for you. Thank you for your patience & understanding, as our vendors maintain the home for your enjoyment.
Our vendors will access the house and property without advance notice according to the below schedule on a weekly basis. These days may be pushed back 1-2 days following a holiday.
Tuesday morning - pool maintenance (Jhaziel)
Wednesday - gardening & landscaping (Jose + family)
Friday morning - pool maintenance (Jhaziel)
Friday - garbage, recycling, yard waste retrieval & return (Burrtec)
1 Saturday per month - garbage & recycling bin deep cleaning (Valley Bins)
The City of Indio has strict noise regulations. No amplified sound permitted outside at anytime. If the neighbors are able to hear you, then you are being too loud. Too much noise will subject you to hefty fines by the City.
The city of Indio requires that the primary guest be 21 years or older to book.
No pets unfortunately.
Booking IndyOasis indicates your agreement to be bound by (1) the City of Indio's Good Neighbor Policy; (2) Indio Municipal Code Chapter 37 governing short term rentals; and (3) the host's rules. Booking IndyOasis further indicates your agreement to submit to your host for retention and prior to check-in a photo of your government issued ID verifying your age over 21+ years and the City of Indio's 2 required forms: (1) Short Term Rental Information Form; and (2) Short Term Rental Acknowledgment Form.
If guests violate any of these rules or regulations, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, subject to hefty fines, and will not receive a refund.
Pool heating is $100 per day. Spa heating is $50 per day.
