”BED BUGS. I flipped the mattress to find trash and dirt under the bed, then I unzipped the mattress to find bed bug eggs in the seems and then unzipped the cover on the box spring to find blood and God knows what. I left and didn’t even stay and then I asked about a refund from the front desk and they were rude and said I’d have to deal with Expedia that they wouldn’t give me a refund.. please stay away! Motel 6 give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend to anybody !”

”The room was advertised as having breakfast and it did not have breakfast! There was no breakfast at the property. They had a cupboard that was overly priced. The staff was okay and the cleanliness of the property was okay. The rooms themselves were clean. I would also like to say that even though it is adjacent to downtown the immediate surroundings of the property itself were less than to be desired.”

”The staff was absolutely rude… nobody seems to communicate amongst the staff. I sent numerous message prior to my stay and nobody bothered to reply. Parking was ridiculous and the staff didn’t know anything about the parking garage that is attached.”

”Very run down. The room I stayed in had two televisions and neither would receive signal so could not watch TV. Breakfast was cold & room was not very clean. Noticed clump of hair on the bathroom floor first time I went in the bathroom.”

”We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites for my daughter’s cheer competition, and I had to take a moment to recognize Sandy at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond for our family during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Sandy was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Traveling with kids for a competition can be a bit hectic, but she made everything so much easier and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care...

”Clean room. Bedroom area is smaller than pictures appear. Bathroom was okay. Not enough area to hang used towels and there wasnt an exhaust fan so the mirrors fogged up”

”Bed was comfortable, hotel was pretty quiet. Hotel lobby smelled like weed but I didn’t mind that, so if you’re not 420 friendly the smell might bother you. Location was great! ”

”We normally stay at more boutique hotels but trie this and were pleasantly surprised. Couple of bars onsite and a starbucks plus a general store with good stuff. Made things easy…only kinda crummy thing was tight parking if you are driving a bigger vehicle their lot is not easy. I drive a landrover and my wife would have hit vehicles or walls navigating. ”

”Hallways felt like walking in a furnace. Pool area was a bit gross. We had our room switched 3 times. Once was because front desk (only nice worker there was) was nice enough the first day to move when I realized I booked wrong room but 2nd room the refrigerator was incredibly loud, 3rd room the AC didnt work. The fourth room wasnt much better with the AC, stayed 72 in our room most of the trip. When I called the Front Desk for the AC, the lady was incredibly rude when I called at 4am because...
