”Great place to stay for three nights for the Zootown festival and within walking distance to the fairgrounds. The breakfast vouchers for The Breakfast Club were great too!”

”The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and I love the concept. It was clean and comfortable however the staff was impossible to get ahold of even to this day almost a week later I have never been contacted back after calling texting and emailing the contact info they provided. To access the hotel you need a code. The code they sent me originally didn’t work so we were locked out for 30 minutes before we followed the other couple to the cafe next door to ask if they knew how we could get in....

”Clean property. Kind and polite and helpful staff. Breakfast area was the most organized I have ever seen. Only downside was the double beds. Queens would have been much preferred.”

”The room was Ok. The lodging was overpriced. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for checkout. I’m a senior and it would have been nice to have grab bars in the shower. I would not return to the place. I guess I was lured by the photo. I didn’t see anything that resembled the scene shown in the ad for the property.”

”The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails.”

”Within walking distance to fairgrounds, and a nearby grocery store. Very clean, open layout for lobby and felt very safe in this area. Great free breakfast every morning, 24 hour coffee and always ice cold water available for free!”

”There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again.”

”This place in an absolute dump. I could try and list all of the issues but I just don’t care at this point. A few highlights though are no smoke detector, about 30% of the lights worked, parking lot full of cigarette butts and trash, no towels or blankets provided on check in, showed up 2 hours after check-in time and room not ready, filthy everything. Like I said, there was a lot. I also wouldn’t normally comment on smoke detectors aside from the fact that there are 2 mounts where they once...

”I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy.”
