”Always love the Brown Palace, staff is always great. The jazz music on Sat. is terrific! My only recommendation is that our room needed some upkeep, thing starting to fall apart in the room that need attention to keep this a spectacular hotel.”

”This hotel is in the WORST part of Denver. Homeless people are the biggest population. Dont let the Wyndham part of the name fool you, like it did me. We didn't even check in. Our Uber driver totally agreed it was not safe. How can Wyndham put their name on t a place loke this?”

”The homeless population has ruined the continental breakfast. Also doesnt help that the homeless are allowed to stay in the hotel due to free vouchers from the city. So be prepared to find an IHOP or Denny’s nearby for breakfast.”

”The room was fairly clean but had seen better days. Something icky on the bathroom wall, and the cabinet door under the sink was off kilter. All the lampshades were at odd angles, making me feel a bit dizzy. Never have I stayed where you have to bring your garbage to the “lobby” or be charged $25. You want stripped down, this is it. No elevator, a kitchen for which you have to purchase utensils, a charge to make even a local phone call. I will say it was pretty quiet and the parking area wasn’t...

”+ Positive overall experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with a small kitchen. Lots of restaurants and shops and a movie theater within a walking distance. I rented a car from the airport and it was easy to get to Downtown and do some sightseeing in and around Denver. Without a car the location might not be ideal. +/- Room ac was powerful but a bit loud. - Breakfast felt kind of cheap, coffee was watery.”

”Wouldn’t recommend if you have family or kids. But if you’re looking for a short term alternative place to live this is it ! Walls were nasty, staff was rude. Theres mold in bathroom. There was razor blades in the parking lot that ended up flattening my tire. On my last night at the hotel I couldn’t even sleep because of how thing the walls are and how noisy everybody else is.”
