”We liked this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had good breakfast choices including cheesy omelette, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. We used the pool and the gym as well which were both clean.”

”Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

”Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

”Upscale hotel with plenty of parking. The bar area was very nice. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked well kept. Staff is very friendly!”

”Close to downtown Lowell. Had to request bedding for sofa-bed despite having 3 adults listed on reservation. Would have helped to have that ready in the room.”

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”

”It's an older property now, and my wife and I have been coming here for a very long time. We love how conveniently located it is between Concord and Lexington. On our last visit in May 2026, it helped to have front desk personnel like Benson, who went out of his way in helping us get the right room when our original choice did not work out. Benson is a credit to The Element Lexington/Concord. This review comes way later than I had originally planned, which I'm sorry for, but I'm happy to come...
