”The property is well maintained. Looks nearly new. My room was spacious. They gave me a disability room however I loved it. Bathroom was large. Sitting sofa had light fixture without a lamp. Room missing ice bucket however I told checkout about it. Only one plastic cup in room. I was given a first floor room and mentioned to check in staff I don't prefer first floor. She made no change in accommodation only we discussed I did not have in my requests. Due to room I could not open shade as...

”So the breakfast lacked protein like bacon or sausage and came with powdered eggs….it was kinda gross but if you can actually eat waffles you can make your own so that’s good. The room was new and clean but the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter taking off. I got over it and the staff was good. I would recommend if your just looking for a bed and hot shower.”

”The first room I was given smelled terribly of tobacco smoke and fake perfume to cover it up. Instant asthma nightmare. I actually asked for another room - I've never done that before. I know I booked a Motel 6 - I knew I was getting a budget experience, I was just looking for somewhere clean and safe to sleep. The person who helped us did not make me feel like I was asking for too much, they were kind and accommodating. The next room also had a heavy perfume smell, but not a tobacco smell, so...

”We loved our big room with a full size refrigerator and cooking options. Super comfortable. Clean. Staff were very friendly.”

”This was a great location for us while doing some historical tours in the area. The location is easy to find and staff very pleasant. The hallways and room were exceptionally clean. We wished the pool was open and wish the elevator didn't have an odd smell but definitely giving this a rating of excellent based on the vibe and cleanliness. (Side note the bed was more comfortable than home!)”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. All around a great hotel for an amazing price. They provided a free shuttle to and from lahey hospital also a free shuttle to drop you at neighbouring shopping areas and picked you up. The room was very clean and smelt fresh! It was convenient to have the buffet breakfast; that was included in the price. The front desk wound arrange a driver to take you to the airport if you required.”

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”
