”Clean room. Personable staff. No "amenities" like breakfast, but if only staying for less than 12 hours......great price.”

”The staff is nice, the pool, and hot tub are ok. Everything is good, my issue is it’s old. It’s clean, they keep it smelling ok with some kind of oder neutralizer. If you need a place this works, if you want high quality, not so much.”

”I would have to say, the bed is one of the comfiest ive ever slept in for a hotel bed. Staff was friendly. I did notice some of the fixtures in the bathroom seemed to be loose/not fixed to the wall/door properly or all the way. There was a scuff mark on the wall bad enough the paint was scuffed off. And there apoeared to be water damage to the ceiling above the tube. Everything i noticed was pretty minor and my overall stay was nice. 10/10 will stay again.”

”Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Elevator was a big help. Tube was pretty slippery and hand rail was a little lose. But would definitely stay again”

”This hotel has the WORST smell of ANY hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel for work and stay in hotels every week all over the country and I have never been to one with a smell like this one. The floors in the hallway are literally brown due to pet droppings (which is what the hotel smells like mostly cat urine) the floor in my room was vinyl which I was thankful of however I had to go buy a mop and bleach because it was disgustingly dirty. The tub hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom fan was so...

”This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”

”Wifi connection was lousy, in most parts of room nothing, in one corner sometimes. These days it should be obvious that wifi works. Also general look of the room was that everything was old, and I mean really old.”
