”The hotel was generally fine, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, the pillow was very uncomfortable. When I requested an additional one, the receptionist told me that the hotel had run out of pillows! This was the first time I had ever experienced such a situation at a hotel.
I woke up the next morning with a stiff and painful neck. Although they provided me with another pillow the following evening, the neck pain unfortunately continued for two days.”
