Casa Blanca's Main House, Riverview, 10 Beds, Group-Friendly

Casa Blanca's Main House is a Spanish Colonial Style home that is perfect for large families, special events, or company retreats. It has 4 bedrooms (10 beds), 2.5 bathrooms, large living room with Roku TV, full kitchen, dining room, library/study room, and generous outdoor patios, gas grill, firepit, walking areas, dedicated parking, and free Wi-Fi. The 4th bedroom is also an optional meeting room. Note: Events larger than 20+ require reserving entire property (contact us directly).



Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!



Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Beautiful area

This property was perfect for my get together with friends. There were plenty of beds, the kitchen was huge and the river access was so close. The area was quiet and easy to get to. Check in/out was a breeze and the host was very responsive. I would 100% live to stay at this property again.

Enjoyable stay at the Casa Blanca River House

We had a family reunion over four days at this Ingram house and had a very nice time. The location is pleasing, with the river just across the road (this is clear from looking at the map, though one of the promo pics makes it look like the house is right on the river). The house itself, while overall elgant, looks like it has seen better days, with the wear and tear of having lots of people stay there somewhat obvious (e.g., we could only get one of the burners on the kitchen stove to work). Regardless, we enjoyed our stay, were comfortable at all times and had all amenities we needed. The property manager, Eddie, was particularly pleasant to deal with. He was very responsive to our needs and easy to communicate with. He contributed positively to making our stay enjoyable. We had looked aroud at all the possibilities in the are and found that only this house filled the comfort/privacy needs for our group - 8 adults and one baby. In a market with fairly limited options, this house is a good choice of location and size.

Clean, roomy home across from the River

The home is well situated for a group. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had all of the basics needed for a larger gathering. The River is across the road (road can be a bit busy), with a pretty sitting area, kayaks and places to jump in and swim. Eddie, the manager, was great about checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a very nice stay.

Overall this property is just ok. And for the price, I expected much more. I gave it a 3 star rating due to the condition of the property. The pictures are not representative of the condition. The outside of the property is run down, the grill is broken and the middle part does not work. The gates are also broken and the porches/outdoor spaces were dirty and trash was in the yard. There is no grass or landscaping as in the picture online. The property manager needs to be more specific on accessing the river. The river is across the street. The street is a highway, cars are going 50-80 mph. It was a bit dangerous crossing the street to get to river access. You do have access to kayaks but one has a hole in it and most of the paddles are not kayak paddles, they are canoeing paddles. Accessing the river was hard. There is a ladder but for anyone with any kind of limitation this would not be something they could do. The main house has a large living space which is nice and the furniture is in good shape. One bedroom has 6 beds. So, 8 beds share one bathroom. Overall we had a good time, but the property is in need of work. We would not recommend or stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 10! It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed! Only one thing; especially if you have small children, you have to cross a busy road to get to the water.

Independence Day

This property was perfect for our two families with teenagers! There were so many activities throughout the property to keep them entertained. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to make cooking easy. We enjoyed our stay!!

The perfect getaway!

This is my new favorite spot on the planet. I was so impressed with how beautiful and spacious the house and the grounds were. They did not miss a single touch- and we felt like we were the only guests. This is a magical spot on the river with such a luxurious house. Honestly, it surpassed my expectations and I've already booked my next stay. Highly, highly recommend.
