The River Oaks Lodge Main House, 7 BR, 7.5 BA, River Access

The River Oaks Lodge Main House is a fabulous two-level space for a large family or entertaining a big group. The living and dining areas have fantastic views of the Guadalupe River adorned with its iconic cypress trees along the banks. The Main House has 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms (2 bedrooms on the first floor and 5 bedrooms on the second floor). Plenty of dining space inside and outside to fit your meal needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including double ovens, gas stove, two sinks, separate fridge and freezer, island, coffee station, and lots of cabinet storage space.

The River Oaks Lodge Main House is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River. In addition to the Main House, two guest houses are on the same property if more space is needed (requires a separate booking). Guests have access to a private HOA river area across the street (must follow HOA rules since shared space). The river is dam-controlled so the water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include kayaks and life vests but you need to bring your own tubes and float devices.

Stayhillcounty is the property manager and offers every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.
