”Beautiful lakefront with sandy shallow water off the dock. Kitchen was well appointed with comfy gathering areas, outdoors, upstairs and main level. The whole experience was wonderful - a great place to vacation with family as there was lots to entertain us and lots of space to spread out. ”

”Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. Would highly recommend this place.”

We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna — a great way to relax after a day outdoors. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.Special thanks to our host Kirill — he was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience.Would definitely love to come back again!”

”This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is in immaculate condition and perfectly located. It has beautiful decor, lovely patio and easy walk to the Promenade at FH. I’ve watched FH since its beginning and always wanted to stay. Minor drawback is new building construction next door and pool was closed. I would definitely stay again. Many thanks ”
