”Nice rustic B&B. AC worked well and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Nice country setting. We’re planning to return next time we need a place to stay in Cortland/Ithaca area.”

”This place was great. It's a 10 minute trip from downtown Ithaca, so it might be an issue if you're staying here without a car. If you do have a car, I would highly recommend staying here. Super clean and updated rooms at a great price. It might not look like much from the outside, but it's a great property and an excellent value.”

”The location was good for the event we were attending, however, parking was a bit stressful because we came in late after our event, and struggled to find a space. Room was clean, yet very small, and we could hear upstairs tenants walking the floor above us after midnight. Also, the upstairs bathroom created a knocking noise in our room. Mattress was very firm. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Premade burritos and sandwiches were bland. Flavorless coffee. This room was not worth its expensive...

”It was mentioned continental breakfast and nothing mentioned in their website and only coffee and muffins were there
Also staff was not helpful..there were lot of flies in the room and my kids were not able to sleep whole night but they said you can go to walmart and get bug spray.”

”The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food.”
