Moderni koti sijaitsee lopussa hiekkainen kaksi kappaletta, yksityinen helpon pääsyn monille nähtävyyksille. Välissä Duck ja Green Lake, yhteisiä järvi pääsy Duck Lake. Lähellä Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy -tapahtumat ja Interlochen State Park, Crystal Mountain Ski ja Golf Resort. Huoneistossa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta (yksi suihkulla ja yksi vintage-ammeella), täysin ladattu, uusittu keittiö, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, satelliitti-tv olohuoneessa ja makuuhuone. Kaasugrilli patiolla. Puuhella olohuoneessa.

Meidän talo ei ole Duck Lake, mutta meillä on yhteinen järvien pääsy vain tien lopussa. Järvi pääsy 1/10 kilometrin, yhteinen pääsy kiinnityspalvelujen saatavilla. Johtuen järvisyyhy uinti on turvallista jätettä syvä, mutta pitkiä kahlaamista matalassa on riskialtista. Olen uinut Duck Lake 11 vuotta eikä ole koskaan ollut järvisyyhy, kunhan olet varovainen ja pyyhe pois riski on hyvin pieni. On alueita järvellä, jossa voit heiluttaa ja pelata frisbee, jne. Ilman huolta, mutta sinun täytyy vene siellä, joten vene tai kajakki on erinomainen tapa nauttia tästä järvestä. Olemme toimittaneet talon kanssa 2 kajakkia. State Park ja Interlochen Taideakatemia 1. 5 kilometrin pohjoiseen. Monet järvet, joet ja rantoja 20 minuutin säteellä. Lake Michigan ja Sleeping Bear Dunes 30 minuuttia. Location is fantastic - dogs able to run freely in woods/trails directly from the private property. The small things in the house need updating(dishes, smaller maintenance items, etc) and a 2nd shower would be nice. Otherwise this is a great property with fantastic owners

This is a very comfortable, clean house in the woods. The kitchen is well equipped and the host was very responsive to my questions and comments. We didn't use the kayaks because we went to my brother's house during the day and used theirs.

The house itself definitely gets a 9/10. It was very clean upon arrival, had beautiful big windows to view nature surrounding the house, and had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. The location felt safe and had outdoor seating options which was very nice. The host also pointed out the reverse osmosis water opinions in the kitchen, which was great! Unfortunately due to an interaction with the host that left us all feeling uneasy and hesitant to reach out with any further questions during our stay brought the overall rating down. Upon inquiring about the gym that was listed under amenities, along with the overabundance of black and grey mold colonies in the upstairs AC unit, the host had a very cold interaction with us. I messaged the host to ask if there were any supplies for us to clean out the mold so we could use the unit (it was pretty hot upstairs), the host was very quick to respond and came over within an hour with supplies. Unfortunately upon inspection of the AC unit with the host, we were questioned on how we knew it was mold, and if we went to school to identify it. Three of us in the group have bachelor's of science degrees and were quite taken back by that unnecessary comment. The inside of the unit was covered in mold, easy to see. We felt extremely uncomfortable after the interaction. The next day the host did apologize for the gym being falsely listed, which was appreciated, maybe they had a bad day prior?

Loved this well-stocked, clean & relaxing retreat in the woods near Interlochen Center for the Arts. Great kitchen- nice appliances- we cooked every night. Also the kayaks for the lake were a sweet bonus! Evening walks in the quiet of nature were magical- fireflies! Can’t wait to return for peace & beauty just one mile from ICA

I highly recommend this home! We had a wonderful experience. It was very clean and had everything we needed! The home is in a great location, very private and was close to great trails to walk our dog. The host was proactive in communicating prior to our arrival and made sure our check in was smooth. We will definitely stay again!
