”The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back”

”Beautiful property but there wasn’t extra toilet paper and Kleenex in the room and the bathroom shelf wasn’t secure. It was also pretty warm and we didn’t have individual control of our room temp. A mini fridge would have gone a long way. There was also no tea in the lobby. I would stay there again in the spring or fall. ”

”Had a great stay at MGM. The staff and valet were nice. Only 2 issues I had is when I had food delivered it was stolen within minutes and there was nothing that could be done. They only allow food to be dropped off at a random table that’s accessible to anyone walking by. From the time the food was being delivered I was already on the elevator coming down and it was already stolen. SECOND issue is that I’m just getting a bill that states that I utilized the bar in my room and I definitely didn’t...

”Sarah provided exceptional hospitality, going out of her way to show us the amenities. Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again.”

”The room was very clean. The hotel space in general seemed very clean However, the room had some weird random things- the faucet in the bathroom was loose and just kinda flopping around. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. And after REALLY looking at the bathroom I noticed the trim was painted EXTREMELY messily While NONE of this was an issue with the stay - I guess I just expect more for the amount that’s paid for the room. ”Great property with just a few flaws. Parking is difficult to find currently with all the construction in the area (temporary) and while the rooms are nice the walls are super thin. You hear everything in the hallways and in the rooms next to you. Everything! Staff was great and while we didn’t win at the casino, it is super fun and Greektown offers tons of bars and restaurants right nearby.”
