”Excellent choice. We booked four rooms and had an amazing time as we attended my nephews wedding at Bell net Goat Island only 2 miles from Town and tide. Beds so comfy. They have a communal handout area called The Shed. Breakfast daily 8-10am Beautiful property. Very friendly. I highly recommend this Newport stay.”

Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.”

”Staff was super helpful, BUT my dog was barking when they were cleaning the rooms, he was barking, hearing the noise which is expected, and I got a text about it. It's supposed to be pet friendly and barking with noise in the hallway which I warmed the staff about already was my only gripe”

”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”

”Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor. Will most definately stay...

”Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”
