”We had a fantastic stay at citizenM in San Francisco. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The common living area was one of my favorite parts — modern, cozy, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out after exploring the city.
The rooms are definitely on the small side, but they’re smartly designed and have everything you need. We didn’t spend much time in them anyway, so...
”Great place with traditional touch and top location. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted. Right in the heart of San Francisco. Very friendly and helpful, always happy to help. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the property is charming. Would definitely stay again. ”

”Beautiful property, nicely renovated. Very practical bedroom, separate toilet and shower areas, huge for SF standards. Great restaurant on the top, charming lounge and breakfast area at the bottom. 2 minutes from SFMOMA and close to everything in the downtown. ”

”This hotel is well located, welcoming, clean and charming. If you want a big chain with lots of so-called amenities look elsewhere. If you want a comfortable, clean, quiet room, a warm welcome, a comfy bed at a reasonable price, this is your hotel. We live in the South Bay and come up to SF for theater, restaurants, and time with friends. This will be our go to from now on!”

”Location excellent, walking distance to many places and right next to BART station and Muni stops.
Service was fine, no problems at all. Hotel has many activities so can spend time at hotel as well, including two pool tables. Did not try the breakfast, mainly due to the a la carte price.”

”Beautiful, grand hotel with a rich history. The staff is friendly and helpful, The hotel is located in a central area near shopping and Union Square. Walking/biking distance to nearby attractions. Wonderful Sunday brunch! ”
