”Modern Room w/ a nice balcony view and close to the metro and many restaurants in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating with any request you may have. I will be sure to stay here again next time I visit DC again.”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”For us the property was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, electric water kettle, silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. We did use a glass casserole dish to bake some pastries for breakfast. I didn't see any cookie sheets or pans for stove top cooking but that was fine for us as we were there five days and didn't plan to do much cooking other than breakfast or heating up leftovers in the microwave. The property was close to the White House and a couple blocks from the Metro...

The food is really great and service is too. The room we had was very comfortable especially the bed. This is a place that does not have elevators, television or multiple electrical outlets for devices. It is a place you don't need these things. It is meant to be a getaway and place to be...

”Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. ”
