”I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”

”Clean en suite bedrooms, cozy, and we had restful night. Electrical outlet not working so unable to use the electrical kettle to boil drinking water. Outlets are only for 2-prong cords. Be sure to bring your own adapter for 3-prong cords because the property does not have to lend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just alright.
