”The first impression I got wasn't a good start. I got to the front desk and there was nobody there. There wasnt any bell to ring or anything. Some random guy told me I have to knock on the office door to the side. So I did that, and nobody came out. I waited for nearly 10 minutes until someone arrived at the desk. The room I was out in was right next to the pool area. My window was connected to it. So the only view I had outside my window was the pool area, which I could hear from my room....

”Bed was great- 5 stars. Facility seemed old and wore out. No closet! Being on ground level, I expect curtains that close and block all view. Sheers in the middle are ok. No expectation of privacy with those blinds. Airport shuttle…..driver was inexperienced with assistance for elder. One gentleman tried several times to step up to get in. While attempting to step out, I fell to the sidewalk and played there…driver was no were to help or even question if I was ok…not impressed….thanks for asking ”

”Our room was perfect!! We had a nice big hot tub, hot water never ran out which is always a big plus lol. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. We left before breakfast so I don't know how good or bad it was. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly”

”Front door to hotel broke, art in room with broken glass, no stopper in sink, loud fan in bathroom, dirty chair at desk, peeling wallpaper, electric sockets coming out of walls, people smoking pot in the hallway. I can’t believe Wyndham would have this as a property.”

”No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash.”

”The hotel was neat and well-kept. The bed was super comfy, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.”

”The staff was not present and there was no bell to announce your presence as a customer. Eventually he appeared and gave me a key. The place smelt of smoke. The room was nice and quaint and even had a stove. But later after inspection there was no remote + no hand soap. We had to get those at the front desk. Other than that the stay was fine. Except in the early morning I was picking up the room ready to check out and there was a WORM on one of the hotel towels. The breakfast was fine, but when...

”There is no signage for you to be able to find your room. We got lost twice and had to call the front desk and he told me “just to come back to the front”. He showed me on a piece of paper how to get to my room when he should have at least offered someone to walk us, or partially walk us there. The key didn’t open the pool so someone already inside let us in, stating their keys didn’t work either. We watched 2 other groups of people walk around lost looking for their room as well. Needed a cot...

”This hotel feels neglected. First of all, the third floor reeked of marijuana. It wasn't just a touch, but a stench that was overwhelming and suffocating. In the room, the paint in the bathroom was peeling. On the floor, tiles were damaged and cracked. There were also multiple mystery stains on our walls too. I will not be staying here again. ”

”The bottom of the shower looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a year, the towels were like cardboard. Robin at the front desk was fantastic though, you should make her the manager”
