This exquisite home features 5 spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, with 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and an additional king single in bedroom 4. All linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV connected to Netflix, allowing you to watch your favourite shows at your leisure. The kitchen provides everything you could possibly need.

Unwind in the TV lounge, where you can enjoy TV, YouTube, or Netflix movies on a 65-inch Smart TV. Alternatively, lose yourself in a book from our library or engage in one of the many board games available. The games room is a haven of fun, featuring a full-size pool table, piano, 6-seater card/game table, and a children's area complete with its own TV, DVD player, movies, and PlayStation.

Relax by the resort-style solar-heated pool, sipping your favourite beverage, or indulge in the 10 seater hydrotherapy spa with a serene backdrop of tall trees and lush bushland. Enhance your wellness experience with a session in the 4-person infrared sauna. This is a registered holiday house and follows the rules and regulations set by Bass Coast Shire for Short Term Accomodation Local Law1 Neighbourhood Amenity.

Human Guests have full use of the entire house.
Dogs downstairs only and off carpeted areas and furniture.
Other things to note
The house does not have town water supply. Only tank water is available. A filtered tap in the kitchen ensures fresh, clean drinking water is available. There is also a counter top filtered water unit.

PETS
Elk Estate is a Pet (Dog's only) friendly home. Dogs are to remain off furniture and carpeted areas (including bedrooms) at all times.
If your dog will be staying, it is your responsibility to clean up after them thoroughly. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges being incurred.

Please bring your own pet supplies (beds, bowls etc).
Please do not leave your pets indoors alone when you leave the property for an outing.

PLEASE ADVISE IF YOUR DOG WILL BE STAYING AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
