”The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. ”

”The hotel is nice, but my main issue was the noise. I got a room in 3rd floor and the noise of the street was on times a bit much. I am sensible to the noise and I asked for a room as far as posible from the elevators. The first time I was given a room right acrross from the elevators. I went back to the desk and requested another room. I was relocated to a lower level.”

”Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake...

”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. Do not look further, this is the place to be in Honolulu! ”
