”The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. I called Frank at the number I used to speak to him for billing and I left a...

”The property is off site and you MUST read all information or check in will be very challenging. Staff member I spoke with was great - but this is an off site property and I wasn’t aware (my fault). In a neighborhood that looks a little sketchy…..”

”Apparently they were having issues with the water/sprinkler system and the fire alarms kept going off. One was 10 pm
and another at 4 am. We were on the 10th floor. Thankfully they were false alarms.
The only other issue was 6 young children running all over the place and screaming until almost 11 pm. We couldn't even sit on our balcony and enjoy the evening. They were out of control and the parents totally oblivious. The next morning patrons were all sitting outside eating breakfast and the...

”Room was old and worn out. Alarm beeped all night long from outside fire safety light.Bed was comfortable but didn’t have a blanket or cover, only two sheets. Couldn’t figure out the tv. Shower leaked into kitchen. Stove but no pans(wouldn’t have used it anyway). Nice packet of coffee but barely any cream or sugar. Pool was crowded with empty cans and cups all over. You don’t have to stay at the hotel to use the pool. No beach towels only white bath towels from your room. Location is great....
