The other bathroom is in the basement. It is newly installed and private but the basement itself is not finished. Huge driveway for plenty of off street parking. You will have access to most of the house and 1 stall of the 3 car garage. Basement is unfinished and I store a lot of cleaning and work supplies in a locked storage room. I put things up and out of the way, but kids are smart be aware of them if playing in the basement. There is a door going to the basement that can be closed and locked if you need.
I live just a few blocks away. As long as Iâm around I can be there quickly if thereâs a problem. Also have smart locks that I can open doors if you forget the code.
Nice middle class neighborhood. A mixture of all ages but mostly people in their 30âs and 40âs working hard and raising good kids.
Nice Quiet neighborhood. Safe to walk around and enjoy the fresh air. Parking on the street is allowed but not necessary because we have a huge driveway. Easily parks 4 cars
We have a ring doorbell at the front door, a ring camera outside by the garage, and one in the backyard for security reasons. There are no cameras or listening devices inside of the house.
