”The room was surprisingly nice. When I first entered the lobby, the smell and temperature were a little off-putting. But the room was really nice.”

”My husband and I stay at Holiday Inn Express as a routine. They seem to be consistent with good service, good breakfast, and nice clean rooms, and the bed is comfortable. Honestly, the only reason it wasn’t all stars is because the phone wasn’t working and it was inconvenient to have to search the number through Google and then call them from...

”The room was terrible and very outdated. Didn’t match the rest of the hotel at all. The old TV looked like an old school plasma TV and the guide didn’t work. No options to login in to streaming either. Just old and loud. The bathroom was so dark and damp and had a 1980s dark brown office door. Could barely close it to get in the shower. I’d actually feel like I couldn’t fit if I was overweight. When my husband left to go to the gym I didn’t even feel safe enough to shower alone. Looked like the...

”The room was nice but I have to take a star off because the pullout bed was not clean. The mattress was stained and the couch itself had a few stains on the arms. And I didn’t appreciate that there was no elevator to the second floor so we had to walk out bags up the stairs. But besides this issues it was peaceful, close to downtown and the airport.”

It's a shame, because one expects...
