”Great stay at Cutwater. We would book this inn again for sure. They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary. Almost everything we wanted to do in Newburyport was within walking distance of Cutwater which kept our weekend really relaxed. The suite...

”Our stay was great. From the girls in the office to the guys in the snack shack everything was perfect. It was nice to have live music and cocktails outback. It was nice to hang out at the pool. Our room was comfortable and we could see the ocean. We’re highly satisfied.”
