”All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough.”

”Never stayed in a hostel before. Great safe space for parking.
Staff were very good informative, friendly and helpful.
Very clean rooms, bedding etc.
Only down side was the doors banging because they are heavy wooden which was disturbing during the night.
We only stayed one night.”

”The Address is in a great location.
The breakfast was mediocre as was the service. There is no air conditioning, so we asked for a fan. The staff are not very accommodating when we had needed to ask for a refund due to a medical emergency, they did not comply and had no inclination to help us.
We came in after midnight due to a very extravagant wedding and we were not able to enter the building with our key cards. No one had warned us about no entry after a certain time!”

”Saimme ensin huoneen jossa haisi tupakalle, mutta se vaihdettiin pyynnöstämme. Toinen huone oli suuri ja sänky ihanan iso, mutta valitettavasti imurointi oli tehty hieman huolimattomasti ja lattialla oli pieniä kiviä. Spassa ei saanut mennä uima-altaaseen jos ei ostanut 3€ uimalakkia, poreammeeseen sai mennä ilmankin. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä ja siellä oli tarjolla jopa tuoretta kurkkua. Se on harvinaista irlannissa :-)”
