”The breakfast menu was very selective, hot, and tasteful. The room was clean and the staff was very professional and customer service oriented. The air conditioning was great in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly always pick it when I stay in the Memphis area.”

”This stay made it where I’ll never go off reviews again when it comes to Memphis!! This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!”

”We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

”The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was light and practical. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was varied. We can recommend a hotel to everyone.”

”Front desk took forever to let us in and there were issues with the checkin process that took forever as well. Though I picked a smoke free room the room was stinking of cigarettes! Carpets are dirty sink was broken....overall a terrible stay! WILL NOT Recommend!”

”They advertise queen beds and they are doubles. The rugs are so dirty my socks where black, they need a renovation job. People where smoking pot and I ended up be very sick. It is far from downtown but we uber it back and forth. I would not go back ”
