This private cozy home is ideally located in one of Iringa's most affluent neighborhoods of Gangilonga. The house is about five minutes drive from the Iringa clock tower. It is perfect for someone wanting to experience the best this town has to offer.

The house is within a few minutes walk to the Iringa Sunset Hotel where you can access both local and international cuisines at their restaurant, local and imported beverages, a heated pool for the chilly Iringa weather, and a well equipped gym for a fee.

The house is also close to the Mount Royal Hotel, where you can also access the Restaurant, Bar and the swimming pool at a fee.

The famous Gangilonga Rock is a few minutes hike from the house, where you can have a panoramic view of Iringa and catch the sunset.

There is a bicycle available at the house for anyone interested, also public transportation is readily available a few minutes walk from the house.
