”Beautiful large room with a fireplace and a balcony to sit and watch the creek out back. We used the pool which was so nice. Cookies and lemonade available when we arrived in lobby. Free breakfast that was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend.”

”Had an amazing stay. All the staff were kind and very attentive if we needed anything. The room was clean. The view was outstanding. We were able to easily walk to the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. The attached Heirloom Room restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, highly recommend. Very nice little boutique hotel, if we head back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will be staying.”

”Super nice vintage hotel. Staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Gave us a map of gatlinsburg, food places to eat and what their personal favorites were. Then when we checked out they sent us off with a slice of homemade blueberry bread! Will always choose this place to stay. Unlike any other hotel. We were genuinely family when we stayed.”

”Love The Appy. The staff is helpful, property and the rooms are always clean. Easy parking and close to downtown Gatlinburg. It is very convenient that the trolley stop is right by the hotel. I definitely recommend.”

”Everything was excellent! However, the breakfast could have a bit more of a variety for the hot items. The eggs weren’t great, the sausage was cold, they were out of biscuits by 8am.”

”Even though we paid in full in advance, we were charged an extra $15 per day to use the pool. We stayed for 5 nights so that should be $75 but $105.28 was charged to our credit card in 3 separate transactions. I can't tell if it's fraud or incompetence and I don't have the energy to fight it, which is probably why they do it. They do no employ enough cleaning staff to clean all of the rooms. We were in the room when the housekeeper came and we asked that they come back later but they never...

”It was very nice to see the mountains from my room..however air conditioning was leaking water to the patio and I couldn’t get out to the patio..house keeping didn’t make my bed ,didn’t take garbage out or used towels left on the floor..🤔location of the hotel is very nice and beautiful”

”Dirty sheets and towels Called Front desk once entered the room at 11 am they didn’t change the sheets till 6pm only because I walked to house keeping Room Smelled moldy turns out the shower water leaks out on the floor and room is carpet”
