”We had such a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—exquisite, tasteful, blissfully quiet, and impeccably clean. Our corner suite was truly impressive, with expansive windows wrapping around the room and offering breathtaking views in multiple directions across Manhattan. The luxurious bath and modern, refined design made it a serene retreat after a full day exploring the city.

”I was travelling alone with my teenage boy. Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late.
The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”
”The staff was extremely friendly (front desk, cleaners, everybody). Moreover, the overall appearance of the hotel is modern and clean. My room was very comfortable and well cleaned. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Would definitely visit again. ”

”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023.
Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC.
Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice.
Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food.
Some minor issues with the room. Toilet seat's...

"Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde sekä ystävällinen palvelu. Kivenheiton päässä Time Squaresta, silti suht rauhallinen sijainti. Heti naapurissa 24/7 paikka josta sai mm. aamupalaa, lounasta sekä muuta syötävää ja juotavaa mukaan otettavaksi tai paikalla syötäväksi. "
"Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Useampi eri metrolinja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Käytävillä oli vähän ummehtunut tuoksu mutta huoneessa se ei häirinnyt. Aamupala oli ihan riittävä etenkin aamupuurolla jaksoi pitkälle päivään. Hotellin muista mahdollisista palveluista ei kokemuksia. 350 dollarin yöhinta tuntui hieman ylihinnoitellulta mutta sellainen on NewYork."
"Huone oli siivottu vähän huonosti. Sängyn alta löytyi jonkun käytetty kasvomaski, kertakäyttö lusikka ja hammasväliharja sekä pölyä. Hyvä pieni huone keskeisellä paikalla. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet kävellen, metrolla ja bussilla. Alakerrassa hyvä aamiaispaikka sekä ravintola. Ulkoa tuleva melu on ajottain kovaa. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta."
"The size of the room was good, compared to some other Manhattan hotels. The staff was A+, but the building itself had some issues: the elevators (both) broke down at the same time, water pressure in the shower was low, and it took some time to get some warm water. Breakfast was little modest, coffee/tea etc., bagels, and muffins. Over all, location is good (subway stations near), the staff is friendly, and if you can live with waiting for awhile getting a hot shower, I'd choose this hotel again."
