âFlawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

âDon't Judge this Hotel by It's Cover! The Staff was Great, the Room was Great, Sheets/Towels/Bed was Great, not much to.complain about.
CONS: the door had a huge gap at bottom which let it in cold but I put a towel and it stopped that. If you get a room on the backside, parking and walking to your room can get a little tricky. I like seeing my car from my room and this was not entirely possible BUT These are nitpicky...price was amazing for what you get!â
