”Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. ”The house has "good bones" I loved the built in cabinets and overall style of the house. It has large rooms and still cozy. There is no handicapped accessibility. It is a Beautiful Old House, with servants quarters and hallways. The pleasant owner lives in those quarters and uses the rest of the house for the guests.
