”I would recommend it, as it was affordable, clean, charming and centrally located. It was odd that it was also the owner’s personal residence.”

”The rooms are clean and comfortable. Check-in is easy and staff is helpful. They offer a generous continental breakfast for enough hours to accommodate most guests. Location is great! It is away from the bustle of downtown yet one can easily walk across the foot bridge into the downtown area. Good restaurants are also within easy walking distance as are both commercial hot springs establishments.”

”I decided to extend a night, and the cost at the hotel I was staying at was excessive, so I checked for an alternative. This historic hotel had a very reasonable price for a Saturday night. It is very old and retrofitted, but they did a nice job and the rooms have everything you need. the on-site bar and restaurant was also very nice. It is convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants.”

”During our visit the power had been disrupted around the entire town. Lights out! However, the staff did all they could to make guests feel comfortable and safe. They helped us and many other visitors by answering questions and providing recommendations in the tough situation. Once we got in our room, we were able to adjust until the power eventually returned and the remainder of our trip went well. We enjoyed our stay in the area and the hotel and staff definitely made the trip better.”

”The hotel was located in a beautiful part of Glenwood Springs. The pool and pool area was not well maintained. Despite it being upper 80s no one was in the pool on a Sunday afternoon. People were commenting on the dirty water. The breakfast was substandard for a Holiday Inn Express. We paid more to stay there than other hotels because we like the Holiday Inn breakfast. There was limited hot items, no fruit of any kind, and none of their signature cinnamon rolls. The lack of cinnamon rolls was...

”MY husband and I visited and had a great experience! Very walkable location and clean room. We would visit again.”

”Stayed for one night. Room was clan and comfortable. There was two pools, one indoor pool and one outside in the middle of the llodge area. There also was a dry sauna. Breakfast was ok, cofffee and toasts, some yogurt and muffins. ”

”My kids absolutely loved the water slide! Location right by the gondola to the adventure park was great and was walkable to restaurants and the hot springs. Beds were comfortable. Only bummer was the hot tub was closed.”

”Breakfast was good. Eggs were great. Same thing everyday. The room key kept deactivating and the door was hard to open. I did like the proximity to the river and there was a Dairy Queen nearby. I didn’t get a checkout receipt when I turned in the keys even though I asked for one. I had to request one through the chat in Expedia. That process could have been better.”

”Would definitely stay here again, clean hotel, hotel was beautiful and area was super nice, Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great.”
