The space
As you walk up to the Emerald Cottage you walk up onto the deck and looking ahead you see the beautiful view of Deep Lake. Open the door and walk into the living room and eat-in kitchen that both overlook Deep Lake. The kitchen has all new countertops, but is also sprinkled with vintage items that gives the cottage a homey feel. Continue through the living room and open the door to the pantry housing all of the games for a great rainy day!

Once stepping into the hall you are hit with the beautiful, bold bathroom with all new fixtures and wallpaper.

The bedroom on the east side of the house is the ski room with a custom vintage ski headboard. There is a large closet with hangers for all of your clothing items. Also, it has a desk in chair if you do need a location to work from home.

The bedroom on the west side is cozy, bead-board paneling detail and mirrors the east room with matching closets.

Off of the kitchen is an entry closet and steps to the basement. The basement is partially finished. It has brand new carpet and a 52 inch Tv with two futons and a large coffee table to play games on. Directly behind the futon is a queen bed that has a beautiful view overlooking the lake.

Take a right after the steps which is the utility room with a washer and dryer and a door out to the patio area.

Guest access
Guest has access to entire home and yard.

Other things to note
This home is kid friendly furnished with a pack-n-play, high chair, toys and baby gates to pull out if needed. The exterior area needs to have adult supervision at all times as there is a hill down to the lake and lake access down steps as well.
