”The cottage is a beautiful design and full of essential home comforts. The bed was really comfy and the fire in the evening was lovely, set ready for us. We were a bit surprised how far we were from the beach as for some reason we thought it was a quick easy walk. Worth noting there are two steps from the living to the kitchen area which may be tricky for some people.”

”Our family of four from Finland were looking to explore the great ocean road for a couple of days and while Simpson isn't on the coast I would still definitely recommend this accommodation since the house was very clean and everything was functional. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, WiFi etc. Our daughters aged 5 and 7 felt at home and I enjoyed the drive through the forest when heading towards the coast. The host seems easy to reach as well, even though we didn't have any problems.”

”The cottage is clean and have a positive atmosphere. Surrounding nature makes the place very relaxing. We loved the fire place. Carport next to the cottage was so helpful. The direction of getting to the cottage was a bit confusing. One of the reasons we booked this cottage was having a spa but we couldn't use the Spa as it was so cold and by the time it got to the right temperature it was bed time. We were disappointed as we expected a ready to use spa like other places. ”

”The cottage impressed upon arrival - balcony overlooking the rolling hills with a view of the ocean provided a great spot to sit, read, relax, enjoy a cup of tea or meditate. Helen was a delight to chat to and was very accommodating. The farm animals and wildlife were just the icing on the cake. It is obvious there has been a lot of thought, care and love put in to the experience.”
