”Due to weather we had arrived late and missed the last orders for food. Went out of their way to direct us to nearest takeaway and even on return allowed us to eat in the bar area and even let us have some plates :) thanks so much for making us feel so welcome x”

”We LOVED our stay here! Our room was the “Grand Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Garden View” in the newer building and the attention to detail was exceptional. Loved the large comfy bed, our cozy robes, the deep bathtub and accompanying luxury toiletries and bath soaking salts. The WiFi was fast and the staff members were fantastic. It was a close walk into town and close to everything you could want to explore in the Lakes District. Very cool how the hotel provides wellies (Hunter Boots) for guests...
