Motellit – Irvine

”This "hotel" is approximately 28 units total. No elevators. The entire lower level is rented as housing units.(my best guess, subsidized housing) The place was filthy. There was, we believe, blood splatter on the bathroom door and it didn't shut. The bed skirts were filthy with what I suspect was mold. Floor and walls patched. Literally nowhere else around to go. The manager's door was locked in broad daylight. This is NOT a hotel...more like an SRO. This "hotel" if receiving subsidies from the...

”Very nice and clean no frills motel for those on the road. We stayed there twice and were greeted by Sunny at the front desk and he was very friendly and answered all my questions about the area and were to get something to eat. When traveling through Berea we will most defiantly stay here again!”

”The whole property looks rundown. The rooms all need a good cleaning, paint, and updated TVs, beds, etc. The parking lot needs more space and painted lines for parking.”

”There was obvious water damage on the ceiling....The heat and air conditioner worked well....The bed was uncomfortable....shower was weak and the hot water took a long time to heat up....the side facing the waffle house is extremely bright even with the curtian drawn....Small towels I found cockroaches in the bathroom just before I left....”

”Well worth the money”

”This hotel was the absolute worst. I could’ve possibly imagined. I am so glad that Expedia stepped in and moved me to a different hotel!”
