Tämä huvila sijaitsee 2 hehtaarin rehevällä, yksityisellä merenrantapaikalla. Kiinteistössä on neljä huvilaa: 1 vuokrataan pitkäaikaisesti ja kolme on saatavana lyhytaikaiseen vuokraukseen; omistaja asuu pohjakerroksessa, josta löydät myös Fusion Floral Art & Gift -galleria, jossa on paikallisten taiteilijoiden töitä. Metsäinen maisemoitu polku johtaa sinut omaan yksityiseen rantaamme aivan Fusion Beach Villas -alueen taakse. Täältä voit kävellä suositulle Jobosin rannalle (5 minuutin kävelymatka) ja surffata, uida, siemailla cocktaileja baarissa tai vain oleskella rannalla ja katsella toimintaa.

Fusion Beach Villan avoimessa LOFT-studiossa (nukkuu 2–4) on keittiö, jossa on 1/2-kokoinen jääkaappi, liesi, kahvinkeitin, mikroaaltouuni. Villla on varustettu korkeilla kattoilla, ilmastoinnilla, kattotuulettimella, 32 "taulutelevisiolla, sohvalla, 2 parisängyllä (yksi on seinään tarttuva murphy-sänky); kaksinkertaiset lasiovet avautuvat merelle päin olevalle parvekkeelle, jossa on pöytä ja tuolit.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa sijaitsevien parvistudion lisäksi myös ylimmässä kerroksessa sijaitseva Boutique-sviitti on vuokrattavissa lyhytaikaisesti, samoin kuin alakerrassa sijaitseva puutarhasstudio (nukkuu 2).

Elaine was wonderful. Room and property was clean and relaxing. Great view of ocean. Populated beach 10 minutes to the right for drinks and food. Walking down the beach to the left for 2 hours. Encountered 3 people. Best of both worlds.

Beautiful Place

The accommodations are bigger then the pictures show. Plenty enough room for the two of us. The property grounds are even more beautiful in person.Enjoyed the private beach and short distance to restaurants.Highly recommend!

Wonderful Visit!

We stayed 4 days here, using the location to check out the surrounding beaches and surf at Jobos. Jobos beach is about a 5-10 minute walk down the road or beach. We couldn’t get in the water directly attached to the property due to seaweed which apparently is not common. The grounds are so lovely. There is a great outdoor shower and comfortable places to sit to enjoy the outdoors. We were on the 2nd floor which gave us a seaview from the balcony. It did get hot on it during the day with no shade. We went to many different beaches in the area to snorkle. Crash Boat beach was the best but go early. There are many delicious restaurants and food trucks within walking distance (just note there are no sidewalks). We would stay here again as the room was clean, had what we needed and was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the beach chairs which were in very good condition.

Great Loft

The loft was perfect for me and my wife. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything. The property was perfect and was walking distance to Jobos beach and a more remote section of beach. Would definitely like to come back.

Thanks for a wonderful visit Elaine. The villa was clean and we enjoyed our time on the island. She even bought us a new fan when there was an island wide power outage and kept the generator running so we had electricity.

Unforgettable Stay!

This trip was a first to PR for me - an early birthday present! I fell in love with the villa right away with its tasteful artistic appointments both inside and out! The painted power pole not only beautiful but helpful from the road! The walk through the green lush to the beach was easily my favorite as was my perch (faded blue bench). A easy beach walk to Palos and Sardineras Beach (Jobos cove). I visited the Gonzalondia Falls, climbed the rope and jumped in! (about an hour with the mountainous drive). BQN beach area is where the true sunset takes place. (20 minutes southwest). Host Elaine very responsive as mentioned and equally lovely in person to meet! I was able to obtain a local artist work of the “conquis” from the little onsite art gallery/shop. I will treasure this trip for a long time! Thank you! :)

Perfect getaway

Woke up to the sunrise on our balcony. Great views. Amazing location for surf centrally located between many spots. Awesome backyard with cool trail that leads down to the beach. Couldn’t ask for much more we will be back!

Lovely seaside retreat

Absolutely lovely. Very comfortable studio space with a wonderful balcony. The trail to the beach is magical. Several nice places to sit and unwind. Great out door shower to remove sand. We would gladly stay again.

Air conditioning

Unfortunately we had to leave the property after the first night because the power went out and back up power plant did not work. We could not spend a second night without air conditioning in tropical weather in the 99s. Elaine, the owner, was very responsive and understanding. She refunded us for the 2 nights and we found alternate accommodations.

Nice Place!

Really difficult to locate using Google Maps and coordinates. However, if you plug in the name of the place, it will take you right to it. Communication with owner was poor, but it was Mothers’ Day weekend and she was super busy. The place itself is super nice for one or two people. There are multiple quarters so I’m only reviewing the one I had. Pretty much right on the beach. You have to walk about 50 yards to get there but the property is on the beach; it’s just a big, beautiful lot. I recommend this place for people who like the beach.

Location outstanding, access to beach out of this world, private beach front area, no one but us. Room was good, needs updating, extra murphy bed needs to go makes the room too small and cluttered. But all said we loved our stay.

Relaxing in a private environment

Great small but cozy room with everything we needed. We were able to meet the owner and she was courteous and gave us information about the area. The only thing not completely satisfied was the air conditioner in the room only got cool but not cold. The walk to the beach was like a adventure ending with your own little area of beach. Awesomeness!

Great location

Loved the area- great location, beautiful beaches, and wonderful rabbit empanadillas close by. Close quarters in the room, and the beds are creaky/old Enjoy the property because it is gorgeous and the trail to the beach super easy. Grounds are not lit/extremely dim so after sundown we were always left wanting to enjoy it more. Communication was fabulous and we had no issues. Can’t wait to visit again! Szzz

Jobos loft

Great location on Jobos beach, but we found the road noise challenging. This is a very busy road, and the traffic never seems to end. The bed is a full size, and could use an upgrade. Dishes and glassware are minimal. Elaine was great, and we would consider staying here again.

Great place to stay in Isabela

Spent a week in this charming little home on the beach. It was perfect for us! Great location! All we needed within short distance. Fun little 3 minute path to the beautiful beach through some lush forest. Host is welcoming and generous, and just the right amount of communicative with helpful tips and advice. Cute Villa Room

It was very pleasant staying here. I honestly had a totally wrong idea where it was located when I booked it but that's on me. This is great for a couple. We had a good time . Area super quiet and peaceful and well maintained all around. There's a cute short path all the way to the ocean. We weren't crazy bout the bed I think that's in need of an upgrade. Overall great option to be close to Jobos beach

Fusion Beach Villas

Elaine was very nice. The units very clean. What was a bit challenging for someone who lives in the country at the end of a dirt road was proximity to a busy road and associated road noise. My othe recommendation would be an upgrade to the wi-fi which was pretty spotty. I liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that the property is within walking distance to Jobos.
