”Beautiful cabin on a very peaceful quiet lake. The use of the canoes was great, and we were able to take a canoe and kayak to a boundary waters drip in point and spend the day in BWCA. A great introduction to it for our kids. We saw fireflies, grouse, beaver, and heard wolves. It was a phenomenal week. ”

”It was chilly and snowy but the views from the deck and from inside the big picture windows were absolutely stunning, and we made use of both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit to stay nice and cozy. The only minor downside to this hidden gem of a property is that it has pretty low water pressure - it made washing dishes a bit more difficult and made me not want to even attempt washing my shoulder length hair. ”We very much enjoyed our stay at Sisu house. Diane was very welcoming and had everything we needed. ”We had a last minute pivot from a BWCA trip due to an ankle injury. This was a great choice. The lake has a classic Northwoods feel and the cabin is rustic with enough comforts to make it easy.
