”Sanctuary at Rum River was perfect for our large family get-together. All of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable (even the bunk beds) bathrooms were well appointed. Kitchen was GREAT...nice to have everything labeled on the cabinets, and have plenty of dishware, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware. Good assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Awesome to have the washer and dryer available. Theatre room in the basement was a great bonus. As well as having the garage...

”We had the absolute best time at this property. Our extended family rented it to celebrate Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for Christmas! A tree, plates, towels, garland, lights! The indoor hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a hit with all. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. A great stove, multiple ovens, supplies, it made cooking for a group so easy. The beds were comfortable, numerous pillows, throws for the couch. The heated floors in...

Also the fridge is broken but there is a second one in the basement which was better than nothing but inconvenient when cooking 3 meals a day for 8 people. We followed the instructions for how to add food to the upstairs fridge and keep it cool- but did not work....
