”Amazing location, great staff, charming decor, excellent breakfast. My only suggestions for improvement would be the lock on the bathroom door and better hotel wifi in all areas, it was good in some parts of the ro and not great on other corner. overall highly recommend,Capri is amazing and this hotel was too.”

”We were lucky to get upgraded to their suite on the top floor of the main building. Lovely! Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms with a gigantic terrace with an ocean view. In addition we got such a great and friendly Service.”

”Hotel was lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. Thermal baths on site were wonderful and ensure you don’t have to leave the property. If you do venture away from the hotel, you are already in the town of Lacco Ameno so restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Recommend staying in a room in the main building if you require strong/reliable WiFi. Thanks to the property and staff for a wonderful visit.”

”Our stay at Grifo Hotel was amazing, I can really recommend staying here whether it's only for a few nights or longer! The breakfast and lunch were super tasty, but what made our stay extra memorable was the lovely staff. Everyone was super nice and ready to help, Enzo really brightened up the breakfast service every morning. The views from the hotel was beautiful and the location very quiet and calm. The shuttle bus to town was easy to arrange and had flexible times. I have no complaints...
