”Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view.”

We hired a car to get around the island for day trips but there are a few good quality restaurants a short 10 min walk down the hill towards the sea front. Di Meglio Pizzeria and La Sciavica were both superb. La Mortella gardens were a 1 min walk from the villa and a must see as they are amazing. Would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil spot to enjoy Ischia...

”Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed.”

So beautiful and quiet with only a short walk down to the rocks at the bottom of the garden allowing you to jump straight into the sea, but the villa also came with a salt water pool and jacuzzi. Gio filled the fridge with wine and Prosecco and a bowl of home grown vegetables and fruit. The zucchini and tomatoes kept coming through the week.
