”The hotel is very nice and modernly furnished. Rooms are big and they cleaned it every day. Air conditioner is good and working. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Also felt very safe, that in the evenings the main entrance to the street was locked and only opens with your given keys. The location is handy and close to everything. We also used the airport transportation service and it was in time and more reliable than the private taxi from the streets, so I suggest that option if you want to...

”As the other reviews indicated, a truly exceptional palace. Magnificent. Huge room. Breakfast area is sureal. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is as though they took over a museum. It is nicer than many museums of palaces I have visited. A truly unique experience. The people are lovely. The only negative is the wifi, which is weak, but a small price to pay for such an exceptional experience. ”

Our only complaint is not about the apartment, but the area around the apartment. It was dirty and seemed a bit rough. However, I'm told most of Naples is this way, and this area is no different. Either way, the apartment itself is great.”
