”Disappointed with the room we were allocated, Entry area to room door wasn't clean and both that and the room had a bad pet smell. Site diagram indicated it was a pet friendly room; I wouldn't have booked there if I was aware of this at booking. Didn't sleep well, sounded like an animal was running around on the roof or in the ceiling throughout both nights stay. Comfort Room???? - Sorry not sorry it wasn't comfortable at all.”
