”"Disappointing Stay at Tropical Suites" Unfortunately, our experience at Tropical Suites in Colón Island, Bocas del Toro, was not a good one. From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, which immediately affected our first impression. Once we entered our room, things did not improve. The room was visibly unclean, with a significant amount of dust around the bedboard and long hairs in the bathroom and even on the towels. The hairdryer was broken...

”The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...
