”The staff was nice and attentive. The food is good as long as you eat straight from the grill. The pool had clean water 3 of the 6 days we stayed there. The water was so cloudy that you could not see the bottom of the pool. As a pool owner, it takes a lot for the water to not be see thru. We room bed was old and noisy and small. Not sure how 2 grown adults can fit on a double bed. They were sold out of the king beds, fyi. The hallway lights came right thru all 4 sides of the main door, so our...

”Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.”

”The beach was def not the best. Otherwise would have given 5/5!! Lots of sargassum , which I knew was a risk going here. But no regrets ! Pool’s were fantastic!! Having a sister hotel next door with many more pools and restaurants was a def plus!!”

”We had a great stay in Family Selection area. Our butler Victor was the best part. The food was great, the beach was beautiful and the resort was pristine. The only thing I would change is more waiter service at the main pool and more bartenders at the swim up bar to speed up service. We will be back!”
