”Just back from 9 night stay . The apartment is immaculate and the location is excellent. You don’t need a car as can walk to a variety of supermarkets and the local food market . The ferry boats to the beach are 5 minutes walk and the castle ruins the same . We took the train from Tavira Station which is walkable from the apartment to the border town of Vila real de San Antonio and hopped on the small ferry across to Ayamonte in Spain for the afternoon. No está muy cerca de la playa pero la ubicación es perfecta si quieres tranquilidad, bosque y playa, la casa tiene un salón muy amplio por lo que no agobia y la terraza que tiene es maravillosa, nosotros hacíamos todas las comidas fuera y estuvimos súper a gusto! ”This is a lovely property in a great location situated about 5 mins walk from the centre of Tavira. There is a free parking lot directly opposite the property and we always found a space there. The nearest supermarket is a 5 min drive or a 10 mins walk although it does involve crossing a busy junction if you choose to walk.
