”Les piscines sont mal entretenues, l eau est brouille, la piscine du rooftop est un peu mieux . Bien que l emplacement soit magnifique de même que l hôtel en soit, les prix sont dérisoires. Un verre de vin 26$ canadien ( pas la bouteille , le verre), le déjeuner inclus est continental donc sans œufs, il comprends fruits , un mini contenant de yougourt et une tranche de pain avec confiture. BON À SAVOIR; lisez les petits caractères.. vous êtes gentiment accueillis par une taxe ( taxe de l îles )...

The amenities could have been a little more luxurious--the instant coffee in the room, for example, could be improved. The food in the hotel restaurant was atrocious, unfortunately, so plan to eat elsewhere.”

”Wouldn't know about breakfast as even though it was included they claimed it wasn't. Reading online reviews this seems to be a common scam. Hotels.com support in regards to the matter was a joke, a complete joke. Several support agents claimed that breakfast wasn't included even though it clearly was. Finally an agent admitted its included but we're not getting it as we only have "breakfast" included and not the "continental breakfast" which was the only one they offered. Around day 3/4...

”After my stay, I’m quite annoyed by all the negative reviews. My experience was great, room was cute and spacious , location is perfect, staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. On the first day the bathroom smelled like sewage (which can happen because this is AN ISLAND) but I guess someone might have reported it because it was fixed the next day. All to say, pay no mind about bad reviews, this is a great place to stay in Holbox. People complaining about the staff...

”Desde el momento de la reserva fueron muy atentos al escribirme y brindarme información del alojamiento y de la isla (como por ejemplo los horarios de los ferrys, taxis, restaurantes, etc). Al llegar al hotel Cintia y Fabio fueron súper amables al recibirme.
