”I have been traveling to Cosmic Crab for 9 years. It is one of my favorite places. The resort has a rustic Caribbean vibe with one of the best sunset views in Bocas. The pool is lovely. ”Nice place on the other side of Bocas town but all is within walking distance in Bocas. We walked everywhere. Stores, restaurants, and beach all nearby. Would stay there again. Go to Chikita Beach and on the opposite side of the road there is a little path (paved) that goes to the hotel (half-minute walk). You can't see it from the road but it's there. Quite nice.”

The breakfast was really good and we slept well as there was not that much noises from the streets (sometimes heavy rain, barking dogs or a rooster crowning woke us up). The staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very basic, quite small, but clean and hot water in the shower was a great value. There were 2 kitchens where you can prepare your own meals with lots of kitchen equipments.”

I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside.
