Personal super amable, restaurantes del hotel ricos y muy cerca de otros acá de Cancún. Área en el hotel para tomar clases de surf con Oscar que es un gran gran maestro, salvavidas Vidal súper amable y responsable. En general increíble hotel para viajar en grupo grande y con niños!!! ”

We celebrated my sister's birthday for 2 nights and the place was extremely suitable for a relaxing stay; spotless rooms, comfortable beds and showers, nice breakfast, quiet and well working aircon! ”Location is the best you can find in Playa Norte. Spectacular beach is right next to you, the area is quiet and still only two blocks away from the center of restaurants and shopping. Ac worked well. Had to wait for hot water a bit in the shower and pressure wasn’t very good. The pool was clean and pool area very cosy and quiet.
